Where's the F*^@ing fast fiber?

The service is appauling, the agents don't even greet when answering the calls, they make it feel as you're inconveniencing them. I paid for my order on May13 and I'm still waiying for them to arrange a date for installation. You call, they tell you to whatsapp or that they sending an email to the team and drop the calls, you go onto whatsapp it takes 3 hours for a response only to tell you they've escalated the issue and to wait 48 hour. Nothing ever happens.

You ask for a refund, they say they're email a team to help with that and wait 2 days to hear back, you never hear back,.

Useless ans no customer service.
