Where's the 0 star option?

0 Stars! The most useless company I’ve ever come across! It’s taken 3 weeks just to get a router delivered to our house. We’ve tried to contact them 4 times and each time we get ‘it’s been escalated’ and nothing happens after that. Save your time and money and go to ANY OTHER internet provider! Absolutely pathetic!
