Where is your service?

I am very disappointed in the service of webafrica, I have been waiting 3 days for someone to assist with my fiber the install was done so fast and without hassle but getting connected, don't even think about it, they keep you on hold forever for tech support but sales answer almost instantly. They don't call you back... The watsapp line is even worse you talk to a person and they keep on transferring you and still nothing gets sorted. The service of webafrica is disappointing to say the least.
