Where is my router?

<p>I have ordered a router and was told if i pay the same day, it will be delivered overnight. 3 days past and when i called in, i was told there was a problem with the Courier and i will be getting it by the end of the day. I have been calling in almost everyday and still no luck. It's been day 8 now and i still have not received my overnight delivery. </p> <p> </p> <p>All i wanted, was to get an uncapped adsl over a 4 meg-line. My initial order was on the 23rd of the previous month, its been a month and 5 days now i am still not active. </p> <p> </p> <p>If these is how Web-Africa treats their potential customers, then i think they will loose me. I am honestly fed-up if i am to use such language. I should've went with a different ISP. Wait until MyBroadband here about my sign-up experience at WebAfrica.</p>
