When will I get connected 😔

I wish I had read reviews for this ISP before committing. But even if I did the way these ISOs and FNOs have positioned themselves you really have no choice but to go with them for fibre. They have literally divided cities up life a fibre mafia and one or two can only operate in certain areas. And like the mafia you have no choice but use their services it's ******ion I tell you.

I ordered my fibre 17 days ago and received my router but no installation date. And the only time there is movement in terms of my order is when I follow up on their WhatsApp line which is a nightmare but trust me that is a picnic on a sunny day compared to actually calling the contact centre.

Finally they say they've logged an installation ticket with their network/infrastructure partner Metro Fibre and the technician will call to arrange installation (why routers are not plug and play and must be installed is probably another ploy by the mafia to still make more money) but no call. So I decide to call Metro Fibre and they knew nothing about it they couldn't even pick up ANY of my customer details no matter how much personal information I gave them to do the mandatory security checks.

That said I'm still waiting and I can't even switch to Rain because my complex is not covered because they were probably bul**** out of my area! So I'm at their mercy.
