When I was still looking to get the package, the service was 100% top tier but when i had questions or challenges, some agents do not even bother to help me, they are helpless even behind phones, i have proof of agents communicating with me, they do not even bother to thoroughly check the case you are enquiring about and it really gets frustrating because you are not enquiring because you are bored, and you will be waiting for help while they do not care, even when I had explained that I am now unemployed and I cannot afford the package I had. I really love the network even the speed and all but just some of the agents just really ruined the overall service experience for me

21 Apr 2026, 11:09Hi Sinenhlanhla, we understand how frustrating this experience has been, especially during a difficult time where affordability has become a concern. It’s also clear how much you value the network quality and speed, which makes the challenges you faced with support even more disappointing.
The downgrade request has been processed and it is confirmed that it will take effect from 1 May 2026.
While we’re glad the service itself has met your expectations, the feedback regarding agent support and consistency has been noted. Experiences like this are not what we aim for, and it’s important that every interaction feels helpful and attentive, especially when customers are trying to resolve real concerns.
If anything further is needed before the downgrade takes effect, support is available to assist.
Warm regards,
