WhatsApp waiting period for a query 4 hours!!

The worst when trying to contact a human to make a query. Waited on WhatsApp this morning for 4 hours for a agent to respond! You are a service provider you need to be contactable! I mean you should have remote agents....... 4 hours waiting period .....what was I number 1000 in the query que at 07h45am when I sent the first sms!! Absolutely pathetic! When it's good it's good. But when it's bad ITS BLADY FRUSTRATING!!, I don't think I'm asking for much to have a human agent available within 1hr!!
