WhatsApp support people are pathetic.

I don't understand why WebAfrica would cut my services off, 7 days after I paid my arrears as well as for the new month. I tried to get their an answer from their WhatsApp service people. It took more than 3 hours to get a response from an agent. "Marcus v" ignored my question and passed the call to "Sinovuyo S", who also ignored my question and then tried to transfer me to another another person at the "Provisioning department". The discussion with the 2 agents took to hours so far.

Why are they just ignoring my question?
