WHATSAPP SUPPORT NOT WORKING

Webafrica need to do some market research or just read their hellopeter reviews. It would be a good idea if their shareholders/directirs did a ghost supoprt call and saw what its like trying to get support or incorrect billing handled. Blaming remote staff and covid doesnt cut it! Something that could be handle by ONE EMAIL or ONE phonecall or ONE ticket has taken 52 minutes before connected to whatsapp consultant. 6 minutes later .... still waiting. WA advertising is excellent the support service is the extreme opposite!
