Whatsapp "support"

I am an executor of a deceased estate. We have paid the outstanding monthly premiums and I am trying to get the service re-instated. I now spent hours on a Whatsapp chat group - the latest one has been going over two hours. You message the problem and it takes ages to get someone to answer. They ask a question - you answer and then don't get another message for ages. And there is no phone number at all. Why can't they have a call centre? This system is so inefficient and frustrtaing
