Whatsapp only and then.....nothing

Please everyone who reads this DO NOT do business with Webafrica!! They cut off my service even though the debit order went off as it always does. Trying to connect to the correct agent IS not possible so don't even try. They are always telling me I'm in the wrong department and being transferred to another agent-hahaha!! Then you end up waiting a whole day and nothing gets transferred. Wow what a way to ruin your own company. Will rather pay more at another service provider to prevent these types of frustrations.
