Whatsapp line support does NOT assist customers

So disappointed in Web Africa - you cannot speak to any agent and have to work through their Whatsapp number to chat to someone

Had issues with my fibre last night, started chatting on whatsapp 17h56 - was transferred to 3 different people and had to explain my situation from the start. Last message from me was sent at 20h33 where I got no response as the whatsapp line closes at 21h00

Not happy - I am going to cancel my service !!
