Whatsapp group what a waste

I do not have the words to express my utter disgust with the customer service on the Whatsapp Chat Group this company initiated to assist customers.

It is worst than pathetic. I have lost a U$ 1.5b deal due to the absolute lack of service on today I've been trying to confirm the receipt of my proof of payment. Had the honor to talk to Aneesa to transferred my message, to get to Dino, who also transferred my message. I mean seriously how difficult is that ? Then I don't even want to talk about the support division.

This is an absolute waste of time and cyberspace.

I can not believe in the conditions this country is in at the moment that any management will and can allow this pathetic customer services to continue.
