WhatsApp communications very poor

WhatsApp communications very bad service, have been on hold 6hours n they looking for an agent to transfer my query and it's not the first time it's happening, Web Africa is very unprofessional, if it's not their internet then it's their customer services, they need to get phone communications n not this automated WhatsApp
