Whatsapp chat is a joke!

They are impossible to contact besides a Whatsapp chat. It literally takes hours for them to reply! They dont list any numbers on their website, and when I finally found a number on Octotel's website, it just tells you to use the Whatsapp chat again! What an absolute joke! I will be leaving Webafrica at the end of this month and moving Cool Ideas. But guess what......in order to cancel my account with Webafrica, I have to sit on the whatsapp chat again! OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
