Whatsapp BOT and Connecting to a live agent

Web africa sales turnaround time is ver good. I ordered A MTN LTE router and simcard recieved and was connected within 3 working days. The Fibre installation was the same good experience was installed and connected within 5 working days. I am not a fan of the whatsapp bot. Any sales or account quiries can take hours to connect to am agent. I also hate that I can't phone or email. This is Very frustrating and I almost cancelled my account because of it. Average time to get connected to a sales or accounts agent and Im not kidding 6hours!!!! Once I'm conneected to an agent service is usually very good. On the other side, any issues IT or tech related I'm connected to an agent within 10minutes and the issue is very professionally and quickly resolved. 5 stars for the IT tech department. I love WebAfrica I hate the whatsapp bot.
