Whatever you do DON'T join Webafrica

I have been struggling to activate my service for over 3 days, which required me to do their job for them to get my line released from previous service provider, the only way to get service is through a webchat, which has the worst turnaround and response rate I've ever experienced, there is no call centre and you can't speak to anyone, which is ironic because there's a sales line, so they are willing to sign you up for the worst service journey of your life but just not willing to service you after you paid.
