Please help me understand how your 30 day voucher gives me service for 29 days? Or maybe I'm failing to apply my mind, in which case, educate me. I repurchased the voucher for service on 27/12/2024. My logic says I'll have service till 26/01/2025. But strusbob as you have been doing, by 3am on 25/01...there is no WI-FI service. So what you're advertising, isn't quite! With Vodacom as my SP, if I purchase a data bundle and it's valid for 3days, on the 3rd day @ 23h59 it expires. How does your 30 day voucher work Vumatel / Webafrica? By the way, your wonderfully trained agents, haven't a clue on how to answer this. Looking forward to being enlightened.
