I have never experience such nonsense, you pay for a service and you do not get it. No technician on site up until you are frustrated and asking for a refund you will be told you do not get what you have paid, but you will get a refund of R39.90 while you have paid R399.00 I asked then to come and take their router as this is just bull**** service. Please do not waste you time with this service provide!!!
