What the HELL is going on with my email Address?!
<p>I have not had a SINGLE issue since I started hosting with you.<br />But since November I started getting strange emails returned to me that appear that I sent it, WHICH I NEVER DID!</p> <p>I phoned in and Jason helped me and assured me that within 7 days the problem would be gone.</p> <p>He was right, within 7 days the problem was gone, BECAUSE SOMEONE ON YOUR END DECIDED TO DELETE MY ADDRESS!!!!!</p> <p>I then phoned again and a Lady helped me and supposedly escalated the matter. This morning I could not log in, so I phone again, and guess what: YOU LOT DELETED MY ACCOUNT AGAIN!</p> <p>AND NOW THE SPAM PROBLEM IS BACK AS WELL!!!!</p> <p>I'm really fed up. This is causing huge problems for me! I was assured that I would be contacted by a Senior person in your company BEFORE Close of Business TODAY! It's 19:34 right now, AND STILL NO ONE CONTACTED ME!!!!</p> <p>I am seriously considering closing my account with you, because obviously you are unable to detect that my hosting account had been hacked!</p> <p>If I do not have ABSOLUTE JOY by END OF BUSINESS TUESDAY, Then I'm Leaving! Please check your internal Ticket system for the ticket number. This is the exact same message I wrote you there! </p>
