What tech support?
<p>The gaming community fought long and hard to get local servers for Battlefield1 and at last got it, only thing is it helps you nothing if your IS still thinks it in Europe and treat you to a 192ms ping (btw Afrihost works fine, a lovely 40ms ping). So i phone in to log a ticket, first wait 25 minutes on my cell cost without answer, try again but with Sales option, goes straight through...IF YOU NEED MORE TECH SUPPORT HIRE THE ****** PEOPLE, DONT MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS WAIT FOREVER. Sales person puts me through, only for them to drop the call. Try AGAIN, they phone me back, but when I get to tech support, they drop the call AGAIN, try AGAIN, gets put through to tech support, and guess what happened....they dropped my call AGAIN. And try to raise the issue with management, sorry, no manager on duty, say WHAT!?!?!?! Try to get a response via twitter, dead silence.... Guess Hello Peter will be my next try.</p>
