What Service???????

Been with Webafrica for years. Decided today to get hold of someone there today to find out why i am paying R945 for a 50/50 fiber line when you are advertising them much cheaper these days. I was advised i am on a legacy package"". I asked how i change this to pay what everyone else is paying, R659 a month. As soon as i asked how to we do the change i was flat out ignored, asked multiple times and still waiting. Clearly my business should go to someone else. I am busy looking for a new service provider now.
