What happened to WebAfrica

Used to recommend WebAfrica to everyone... Ordered a new service from them, usually one were up and running within an hour. Never received an email with login details. Got double billed this month for a service with zero usage. To try to contact their support line or the Whatsapp number is a complete waste of time! No answer no matter how long you hold on. Canceled the service today with them, within a few minutes a mail arrived stating cancelation date is 1st of November. It is an unmanned mailbox so no use to reply to it. By far the worst experience I've ever had with any company.
