What about customer service?

Stay far far away from Webafrica, their customer service is terrible to non existing. Don't even waste your time submitting support tickets, the response times are super slow at best and that's if you're lucky enough to even get a response. I've been trying to get hold of their Provisioning department, there's not a direct number and when you get patch through the phone just rings and rings, days on end. There are other service providers like Axxess and Afrihost offering the exact same services, be smart and go with one of them.
