what a way to spend my holiday telkom lte webafrica

So i had a prity orite service till i had none we live in an aria were there is nothing els asept lte so did not want to do 24 month contract so we went thro webafrica and thay sorted us out quik but since the 9 desember 2020 i have had 0.02 mb download and 0.01 up load did do all the settings they told me to do then thay said thay will log a fault its now 23 December nothing has been done i dont see my ticket and i have not recieved a mail consering this last ticket i have 24976 have been closed nothing done i know its telkom but we pay webafrica to sort that out
