What a horrible service!

If I could give a minus rating I would. Since joining WebAfrica we have faced endless problems with connection. Now, the service is suspended BEFORE the debit order due date. We work remotely we are losing days of paid time at work for a DISSERVICE by an internet provider. This is bitterly upsetting in unprecedented times the world faces with rising prices and low salaries.

Please fix this!
