What a bunch of *******

After cancelling in June, i was still debited in July - reason, they didn't process the cancelation correctly and now I'm getting the runaround on WhatsAPP, with all the cheeky remarks. Is it my fault they didn't process the cancelation, no, i have the proof but still my account was debited. I have so many screenshots trying to explain myself to these people, its frustrating!!! STAY AWAY
