Wenafrica is useless

If I could give zero stars ai would. I work from home this I am absolutely dependent on a solid line that will provide reliable internet connection.

I the past 3 weeks I have been compelled to call wenafrica almost everyday as my line is not responsive. This causes me to move location as I have to do.

Every time I call in the freaking speak to a robot who always refers me to a robot. This means I can't work from home at night as I don't a reliable line.

I can't escalate this issue beyond their front line gents as there is no facility to do so. Basically I can being held ransom by Wenafrica..

They just don't care..

No one has even bothered to come check why this line does this at certain times.
