Wen Africa is the worst

The worst service ever. I've been waiting to speak to an agent for more than 2 hours now. Their customer service is horrible. First they deducted double from my account and gave me the run around saying it's the bank. I had to threaten them with hello peter and leave bad comments on their Facebook page to refund me. Now I'm dealing with horrible customer service. My wifi is still off. Will definitely not recommend them
