Well WebAfrica has done it again!!!!

These people will honestly do and say anything for a buck. Every month so far There has been an issue with my billing. When it should be R699.00 it becomes R1500 then R2880.00 then R3500.00. Every single month. The first issue was when I moved homes I was paying notice periods for 4 MONTHS due to consultants that don’t know what they doing. Then this time WebAfrica really got me good. The Sales Consultant Jameson PHONED me and gave me what they say now is the incorrect information and still want me to PAY almost 3k? The previous month I got on to the silly WhatsApp chat and they passed a credit note. This month the Credit note is not valid. Please help me understand what am I missing here.

Now the new “Sassy” Billing Department Agent chalks it up to Clawback fees… After I distinctively asked about this the Consultant who assisted me after JAMESON *****ed up and never Placed my order confirmed with me that I need only pay the Notice Period but there WILL be NO CLAW BACK Fee as there was no installation DONE and that I am not canceling my services I’m simply moving them as this is a moving home application both told me the same thing....

Can someone please explain to me as my understanding is that when you have a representative representing YOUR Company, Franchise, or whatever how and when did the Liability shift to the client for your company's ill-trained and ill-equipped staff?

I then requested that MBALI then have s supervisor / Manager call me to resolve this 4 times I HAD TO ASK HER… TIMES I Had to sit and type out the same message. And her response “Oh I am sorry you had to go through that” followed by “on (Yes on not in) the accounts department we only do live chat. I responded and told her to then escalate the matter as surely she reports to someone and she point blank refused.

Is there anyone that can point me to another services provider please as WebAfrica seems to be being run by the RAIN provider too?
