Well I would have rated a 5 star as the wifi can be stable no matter the weather/condition and just fast enough. But it's been having Los Of Signal for the second time now since I started using it (early February) and I'm not happy with that because it means I have to buy mobile data even though I'm paying for it monthly. Only if their Technicians would be able to work fast enough so no customer would have to stay hours or even days without connection😔 or even maybe hire or have more Technicians around the areas so they can attend faults faster. So that's 4 stars from me and may even decrease as more faults and days without connection.

That kind of interruption takes away from the value you’re paying for, and we get why that’s a concern for you.
The fact that this has now happened more than once since February also points to something that needs proper attention, not just a quick fix. Intermittent signal loss can often be linked to line stability or infrastructure issues, which is why technician involvement is sometimes required, but we agree with you, the turnaround time should be faster and more consistent so you’re not left offline for extended periods.
Your feedback around technician availability and response times is valid, and it’s exactly the kind of insight that helps highlight where improvements are needed on the ground. It’s being taken seriously.
In the meantime, if you notice the signal dropping again, try to note the time and whether the router lights change, that information helps the faults team pinpoint the issue faster and can sometimes reduce repeat visits.
We appreciate your honest feedback and the fact that you’re still seeing value in the service overall. We’ll keep working to improve the reliability and response times so your experience doesn’t dip further.
Warm regards,
