After 40-plus hours over three weeks on Whatsapp with eight different "agents" at WebAfrica I finally ended up talking to Zolani Vokwana who with patience went over the whole(!!!!) chat history and eventually got my Voip phone working today - 17/2/2022. (Very well done, Zolani!) However I have been paying for airtime since December, and apparently, in spite of WebAfrica not getting my phone working until today they will not credit me with the call-time "lost" due to their inability to commission my phone!
