WeboAfrica's *****ulent Debits from my account

Web Africa is making unauthorized Debits from my bank account. From the time I app**** for the connection, they never rendered me any service or network. I have complained several times on their WhatsApp chat as they do not have a number to call or email to contact that I do not have network. They gave me a free month and then another one while they're trying to fix my problem and it was never fixed. I requested all the money debited to be sent back to me, which they didn't, I also canceled the contract and they are still making Debits from my account.
