I have always been very skeptical about using WebAfrica but decided to go against EVERY bone in me by choosing them and they have made sure that I live to regret not trusting my instincts. I placed an order for their fixed-LTE over a week ago, mind you their ETA was set for between 3-5 days, and I still have not received the order. So on Monday I contacted them on their whatsapp and was told that all is in order for the delivery of my package; I contact them today and they're telling me that my package has been held back due to issues with my Rica documentation, stating that a bank statement is not sufficient proof of residency; I have been using my bank statement to rica even at MTN and the likes but today its not good enough for WebAfrica... my biggest worry now is just how horrible is their service...
