Got very bad support from Webafrica the last couple of days.<br> Problems with ftp access and website for more than a week and still not working. Always excuses.<br> They promise but nothings get fixed.

We're really sorry for the bad service you've received from us and we can understand why you're upset with us.
Our guys were in touch with you, to explain that we had issues from our side in connection with one of our server that was acting up. We were in a process of completing the migration when this complaint hit us, but after the migration was completed we did inform our customer of the changes made.
