So my services with WebAfrica was disconnected, knowingly I was about to set up a payment arrangement to pay the outstanding balance, these ********** went ahead and debited my account without any authorization from me, they also went a step further in ensuring my bank can't reverse the payment by making it seem as if it's an online payment. When I expressed my concerns to their consultant he blatantly told me he's manager says they cannot refund the payment for me to set up an arrangement, I would urge anyone with half a braincell to stay away from WebAfrica.
