WebArica has not paid [URL Removed] - websites down

I have had a support ticket open since Monday morning - because I can never get through to the call centre. I have many domains with Webafrica, 2 of which show as only expiring in 2017. I started getting emails from the [URL Removed] registry that these domains are suspended and will be deleted soon. One website is already down. Webafrica agent responded yesterday saying nothing is wrong. I immediately rep**** and copied one of the emails into the support ticket. The other domain will also be deleted tomorrow if not attended to and Webafrica is not responding to my support tickets. My customer wants to know why his website is down - what should I tell him Webafrica?!
