I am trying to log a fault or query. When trying to use WhatsApp it does not work, When trying to use online chat it does not work, When phoning you the line gets cut off, I have tried now for about 90 minutes just to log a query without any success, there is also no way to log a query on your website/app. I have an account with one of your competitors for a different business - recently I was able to log a query within a few seconds, got a call within 5 minutes, query resolved within 30 minutes. It looks like it is time to move.
