I cancelled service in October, they said they will release my line 1 December now they put it till 31st December on Vuma, my new service provider is unable to connect me. They tell me that the line is released but can't provide me with reference as proof or confirmation from Vuma that my line is free. They only sent screenshot that says line is active but haven't connected. They charged me for November and advised that I can claim to be reimbursed after cancelation now they refuse to refund me. I then asked them to release my line, I communicated with 5 agents every day all of them tell me to wait while they transfer me I wait for mahala
