WebAfrika and Vumatel installation

I paid for installation on the 20th of December no one has contacted me for installation every time I call I'm being sent from Pillar to post. On the 2nd I spoke to one of you Agents and he promised that he'll get Lufuno who is a Manager at Vumat to call but I'm still waiting. They sent me emails twice in December saying that can't get hold of me to schedule installation when they have **** because I've never received any calls from them. I made a payment on the 20th of December I'm supposed to wait 5 working days after Making the payment but the date today is the 6th and still no one has called me
