Webafrica must have the absolute worst support system. No one ever answers their phones! The WhatsApp system can only help you if your query is phrased exactly as their system recognises. Their email support tickets never get dealt with. I don't think any actual people work for the company - if they do I don't know where you would find them. If you looking for a service provider - AVOID THEM - they are great until you have a query then they just not available.
