webafrice very poor sevice

Hi, i signed up of a voip service. about a day later i cancelled the service. The support staff logged a fault ticket on the 10 June 2021 up until now the 23 june i received no response, only a closed ticket but the service is not working. I didnt even use the service. the support staff said the earliest i can cancel is and of july, so i must pay 2 months for a service i didnt even use. Can someone please assist with cancellation. regards
