WebAfrica...Worst Provider

Worse provider where communication is concerned. I must admit I had thee best and fastest responses from them when I was in the process of signing up. My experience was so good I referred a couple of friends and one of them actually went live today also. Now that I am live with my fibre.... no response from them. I was told my first payment would be active for 30days, guess what I'm on day 13 and I'm already disconnected as another payment is due according to an agent on WhatsApp who is yet to tell me what this pro-rata amount is. I received an invoice today but there is no balance due not sure if they all working on one system and just speaking different languages. I will go back to all my other referrals and tell them to stay far away from this provider.
