Webafrica/Vumatel's horrific service

I had Fibre installed 3 weeks ago (in contact with Vumatel and Webafrica) and to this day it still DOES NOT WORK!! They don't have customer service, the only option is to chat to a useless robot on WhatsApp. The humans that answer the phone do not help, they can also process sales! The Twitter account does not respond, only post about events they sponsor.

I can't get the fibre to work, neither can I cancel my contract.

Please come remove your router and cancel my account!
