WebAfrica/Vumatel's disturbing and pathetic customer care!!!
Good day
I have been waiting for more than a month now. I paid for my installation on the 23 of September. No one has made contact nor has anyone come out.
I am really disgusted by this service. This is what they call ''goedkoop is deurkoop''
Very pathetic and top of that there is no customer care for clients. Who is running this service. Even when I tried calling the sales they drop the call how disturbing.
I have been mailing a consultant for the past month and 2 weeks and no response.
You guys need to close this business is. It is disgusting and wont recommend it to anyone.

I am still very unhappy.Just last week I gave the amended correct address to webafrica & vumatel consultants to have it updated .The technician calls out this morning to my suprise he cannot do the installation as the old address is registered on the order,
How ****** disgusting now i must wait again another damn month.
This is a ****** **** honestly. Do not support Webafrica or Vumatel.
I am super ****ed at these people wasting my time.I could have had fibre installed by DSTV or vodacom for all i care.I am pretty sure their service would have been far better.
Disgusting service from vumatel and webafrica!!!!!

03 Nov 2022, 15:10I am writing to the CPA in lieu of the Supply of Goods and Services Act of 1982 as you have failed for the supply of services by failing to meet the standards required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
This will :
To prohibit certain unfair marketing and business practices from your firm.
So you guys do not do this to other people who you think is uneducated and stupid.
I want an answer by end of business day.
