WebAfrica/Vumatel Pre-order put on hold when area just went live.

I have been a trusted client of Webafrica for many years, given many referrals because I truly believed in your service. I have had countless technicians helping me with so much respect and going that extra mile for me, up until now.

Trusting you as a company with my internet (for both business and home) I PRE-ORDERED my fibre. Ecstatic that finally my area was being painted pink by VUMA. I pre-ordered back in April. Yes I am OCD and want to make sure that I get the best possible service. Also, because my ADSL has been giving me problems and grey hair that no 30 year old should have over poor internet.

Firstly, my area just went live. 4 months after my pre-order. I kept in contact with your operations team especially the last week. Just to hear that my fibre order had not been dispatched to Vuma yet. Why not?

To put the cherry on the proverbial cake - Wednesday (right after I spoke to an operations consultant and she assured me that all would be well and I would get my fibre asap) I received an email that my order had been placed on hold as (Fibre Infrastructure Provider not ready). My question is, I go to the vuma website and my area is listed as ready (dark pink, place order the works) but you tell me otherwise. What is going on?

What did I do, besides support you for so many years , to just be brushed off like this. No one walks the extra mile to help me when I call. I always get the same answer. We will get back to you, but this just requires me to call back in, and cancel the call after 10 - 15 minutes without a real solution or answer. This is not the Webafrica I grew to love.

I would love it if someone from your team, in management could contact me, resolve this nightmare not tomorrow, but now. Otherwise I will be forced to move my business and home away from your services for good.
