Webafrica/Vumatel lack of care and WiFi

Webafrica has been the worst internet experience I’ve had. I have been without WiFi for over a week, and despite raising the issue repeatedly on their WhatsApp live chat (the only way to reach them), nothing has been fixed.

The customer service is shocking — there’s zero urgency, zero accountability, and zero care for their customers. Every response feels copy-pasted, with no real intention of resolving the issue. A company that provides internet should understand how essential connectivity is, yet Webafrica leaves you stranded and ignored.

If you value reliable service and proper customer support, I strongly advise staying away from Webafrica. They simply do not care about their customers.
