If you want to get a hold of your service provider (webafrica) then make sure you have R400 airtime on your phone and that is just for them to answer.. Took my money trough vumatel and have no wifi for 7 days now all my apps and childrens xbox game pass already paid but cant use it because no wifi.. Biggest problem is when you dont pay they have a phone ready to call you but when you need them there is no one to pick your call even the whatsapp group they have you can select any number there with no luck they have a message you will get saying a agent will phone you but dont put your hopes on it as you wont receive a call.. This company together with vumatel is only there to take your money with no customer service.. Took my chance to call the number they have to buy a new wifi from them and my call was answered within 10 sec.. However when i told them i already have wifi i just need someone to assist with my wifi thats down they gave me a number that does not exist, after i confirmed the number she gave me.. This is really not the way to do business shame on you
