Webafrica/Vuma horrible combination

I have been stuggeling for 3 days with Anathi Stungu from VUMA( your provider) to understand what is the process forward and to make him understand that we have a line already in the unit. For every 3 mails I send he maybe replies to one. Communication is very bad and if the service starts like this I can only imagine how it will be later on, Axxess will be an beter option then, as you can not provide the platform for your providers to give a good service.
