Webafrica/Vuma has bad customer service

Hi

I just want to know if anyone have experienced bad service from webafrica/Vuma? They don't have a direct contact line and when you chat with them, the they take forever to get back to you. And when they do get back to you and you don't reply on your Whatsapp with in a minutes time frame then they end your chat. I have been trying to get my password since yesterday.
